Support for Women Who Serve and Have Served
We recognise that women can face unique challenges during and after military service and may not always identify with traditional veteran services.

Through Project Eir, supported by the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC), we provide dedicated health and wellbeing support across Cornwall for women who are serving or have served in the Naval Service, including female family members.
Our programme offers women-only wellbeing events, peer support, social activities, menopause awareness, mental health workshops and family-friendly activities where children are welcome.
Working alongside our Ministry of Defence (MOD) VALOUR caseworkers and specialist partners, we also provide personalised support with housing, employment, financial wellbeing, health and other challenges.
Whether you're serving, have served or are part of a Naval Service family, we're here to help you improve your wellbeing, build confidence and connect with others across Cornwall.
Free. Confidential. Non-judgemental. No Wrong Door.
